The Importance of Sulphates within the Human Body

Image
Sulphites vs Sulphates Both substances come from Sulphur which is an important component in the human body. Sulphites have 1 sulphur atom and 3 oxygen atoms while sulphates have 1 sulphur atom and 4 oxygen atoms. That looks like such a small difference but to the body there is an enormous difference! Sulphur Sulphur is a critical nutrient for our body. It is a component of four amino acids: methionine, cysteine, cystine, and taurine. Sulphur performs a number of important functions, such as providing a place for these amino acids to bond together, and solidify a protein structure. It is found in high concentrations in the protein structure of the joints, hair, nails, and skin. Insulin is a protein-based hormone rich in sulphur-containing amino acids. Sulphur-rich foods include eggs, legumes, whole grains, garlic, onions, brussel sprouts, and cabbage. All cells require inorganic sulphate for normal function. Certain medications such as acetaminophen can deplete sulphate....

COCONUT OIL

Image
Positive Impact of Coconut Oil on the Body To date, there are over 1,500 studies proving coconut oil to be one of the healthiest foods on the planet. Coconut oil benefits and uses go beyond what most people realize. Research has finally uncovered the secrets to this amazing fruit; namely healthy fats called medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs), these unique fats include: • Caprylic acid • Lauric acid • Capric acid And around 62% of the oils in coconut are made up of these 3 healthy fatty acids and 91% of the fat in coconut oil is healthy saturated fat. Most of the fats that we consume take longer to digest, but MCFAs found in coconut oil provide the perfect source of energy because they only have to go through a 3 step process to be turned into fuel vs. other fats go through a 26 step process! Unlike long-chain fatty acids (LCFAs) found in plant based oils, MCFAs are: • Easier to digest • Not readily stored as fat • Are anti-microbial and anti-fungal • Smaller in size, all...

With less waste to process, you are increasing the amount of absorbed nutrients and supporting your lymphatic system and immune system to function at its best. There are a few systems of Hydrocolon therapy: enema traditional colonic, gravity system - closed system traditional colonic, pressure system - closed system  AOW - Angel of Water hydrotherapy - open system ENEMA: also known as clyster, is a fluid injected into the lower bowel by way of the rectum. The most frequent use of an enema is to relieve constipation or for bowel cleansing before a medical examination or "procedure". GRAVITY – CLOSED SYSTEM : is the original method of colon therapy which provides a gentle flow of water via natural gravity from a tank suspended about 3 feet above the body.
