Living things, including humans, are extremely sensitive to pH. Blood plasma and other fluids that surround the cells in the body have a pH of 7.2 to 7.4.

A blood pH of 6.9 can induce coma and death. That is why all bodily systems are secondary in importance to the system of pH balancing. Your body will willingly shut down digestion, alter temperature, rob your bones of calcium, deprive your pancreas, just to maintain adequate fluid buffers of alkalinity to balance the `acid tide` we inflict upon ourselves through diet and stress.

DEFINITIONS:

Reverse Osmosis:purifies water using applied pressure, forcing water through a partially permeable micro-porous membrane to remove ions, molecules and larger particles. 

Distilled Water: a water that has been boiled into vapour and condensed back into liquid in a separate container. Impurities in the original water that do not boil below or near the boiling point of water remain in the original container. Volatile compounds may boil before water so could still be in the distillate.

Deionization:deionizes water by applying an electrical potential difference over two electrodes, which are often made of porous carbon. Anions, ions with a negative charge, are removed from the water and are stored in the positively polarized electrode. It removes all of the dissolved mineral salts.

Ion Exchange:an exchange of ions between two electrolytes or between an electrolyte solution and a complex, which purifies, separates and decontaminates water or other ion-containing solutions. Exchangers are resins, zeolites or clay.

Spring Water: is comparable in purity to tap water. “100% pure” only means that the water came from an underground source. “Protected source” could mean the extraction pipe has a fence around it.

Filtered Water: is municipal tap water that has been run through a carbon filter to remove the chlorine.

Alkaline Water:has a pH level of 8-9.5. The pH level drops after a few days if not consumed. 

Structured/Crystal Water:water that has been through a double reverse helix vortex, resulting in a hexagonal crystal structure (H3O2) which is mildly alkaline at about 7.1pH or 7.2pH. Amniotic fluid and the water in organs is structured. Water stays structured for up to 300 feet in straight pipes, 7-10 days in direct sunlight, 30 days in a plastic container, and 45 days or more in an environment of calm without stress, and in natural surroundings. 

Structured Water is different than all other waters.

1. It has different optical properties;

2. It has a negative electrical potential/charge;

3. It is denser and its molecules are gathered more tightly and so it has a relatively higher resistance to flow;

4. It has higher boiling and lower freezing points;

5. Its refractive index and density are both about 10 percent higher;

6. It super-conducts photons and electrons;

7. It has a far greater capacity to activate light photons, and increase the biological and chemical activity of water

8. It restricts solutes/dissolved substances from entering.

9. Structured Water is H302.
