COVID - 19 .... the Corona virus

To our patients and clients:

As it was officially announced, COVID 19 has become a global pandemic and the spread of the virus exponentially becomes unpredictable. Hannah is currently in self-isolation due to recent return from the USA. Naomi will be in isolation as of Sunday due to out-of-province travel in an area of high infection spread. If you have travelled outside of Canada or anywhere that can or may have a higher risk of contamination, please restrain to self-isolation for 14 days. All appointments with Hannah for the next 14 days can happen on Skype or ZOOM  from Hannah’s location. Joanna and Rose will be scheduling these appointments as soon as today or tomorrow. 
We now have a series of remedies for COVID 19 available at the clinic. These remedies stimulate your immune system to help it fight the virus but do not prevent you from getting it. We are also offering a series of supplements, bundled for you to support and stimulate your immune system. If needed, Joanna will ship them from the office. 
If anyone suspects they are infected with COVID 19, call 811 or the specific number for Ontario which is 1-866-797-0000, instead of going to the hospital. As an extra measure of precaution, we are implementing the newest hospital-grade UV light and ozone sterilizers for the office. Our hallway clinic door will be kept closed.


So, the pandemic is here…. Hello everyone,

Covid-19 is present since November 2019.  
We have taken precautions and were able create anti-viral medications in preparation for very severe pneumonia-like symptoms…. Not to worry, we are covered. 

We also have regular anti-viral homeopathic combinations or herbal formulations that most of you got in a 4 bottle set with directions of use that is specific for you and only you.
If you are a patient with a compromised immune system, please, let’s make a PLAN to LIMIT your EXPOSURE to the PUBLIC as much as possible. Your immune system is already compromised, and we need to make sure it is not compromised more than it needs to be.

Let’s refresh our memory: 

Steps you need to follow to stay healthy or get well fast:

1.     Suggested: minimum 5000 mg of vitamin C  daily
2.     Suggested: minimum 5000 IU of vitamin D daily
3.     Drink plenty of water: 6-8 glasses daily!
4.     Include bone broth daily
5.     Please, when you are experiencing chills and aches, stimulate your body temperature with a hot shower or hot bath for at least 10-20 minutes.
6.     DRY COUGH, HIGH FEVER and SHORTNESS OF BREATH IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR WITH COVID 19

As per WHO (World Health Organization) please remember:

o   Social distancing is important; avoid crowds and large gatherings and try to keep 1-3 metres distance between YOU and someone who is coughing or sneezing
o   Wash your hands frequently with warm water and soap. Lather your hands for at least 20 seconds per wash
o   Make sure you and people around you are following good respiratory hygiene e.g., sneezing and or coughing to the elbow and not to your palms or on others.
o   Let’s skip hugs for now…. a bow or a nod are perfectly good.
o   Avoid travel if you have flu-like symptoms – SELF ISOLATE YOURSELF FOR A MINIMUM OF 14-21 DAYS
o   IF YOU THINK YOU OR SOMEONE CLOSE TO YOU MAY HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH OR HAVE BECOME INFECTED WITH COVID-19, CALL 811 AND SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE TO BE TESTED AND DIAGNOSED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. AFTER YOUR DIAGNOSIS OR CLEARANCE, PLEASE, CALL US FOR A SKYPE OR ZOOM APPOINTMENT SO WE CAN DELIVER REMEDIES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

As per Public Health Ontario:

Because it has been determined that the virus is spread through droplets and contact, healthcare staff will wear personal protection equipment (PPE): surgical masks, gloves and isolation gowns in both Home Care and Clinical settings.
